NCPD and Good Will Fire Company put on a fun-filled party with goodies, crafts, presents and dancing for our local children at Christmas.
How to donate
- We accept monetary donations in check form only made out to the New Castle City Police (please no cash)
- Presents donated should be new and approximately $5 each
- Food donations need to be store purchased and wrapped for safety reasons
- Craft donations should be activities children from 3-12 years old can do with minimal assistance

Family Adoptions with Christmas for the Kids
NCPD and Good Will Fire Company adopt 2 families each year and provide their children with presents and goodies from Santa.
How to nominate a family
- The family must live within the corporate limits of the City of New Castle
- The family will be vetted to determine eligibility
- Email Tina Shughart with all known information about the family including kid’s names and ages. The family will be contacted for likes and needs of the kids
